Support
Amani is provided to staff at partner schools. If you can't access the app, your school administrator is the fastest path to a fix — they manage who is enrolled.
I can't sign in
- Make sure you are using the email address your school registered for you. Personal email addresses are not enrolled.
- If you forgot your password, ask your school administrator to reset it from the admin dashboard.
- If you see "This account doesn't belong to ...", you are signing in to the wrong school's URL. Use the URL your administrator gave you.
I'm not getting notifications
- Confirm notifications are enabled for Amani in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Amani; Android: Settings → Apps → Amani → Notifications).
- Sign out and sign back in once. The app re-registers your push token on sign-in.
- On iOS, Focus Mode and Do Not Disturb can suppress notifications. Add Amani to your allowed-app list if you rely on it during quiet hours.
I want to delete my account
Email support@amaniuae.net from your registered school email. We will confirm with your school administrator and remove your profile within 30 days. Incident records you triggered or responded to are retained but anonymized so school-level analytics remain valid.
I'm a school administrator
- The web admin dashboard is at the URL your account was provisioned with — typically
<your-school>.amaniuae.net. - New staff are added from the Users page in the dashboard.
- For platform-level questions (billing, new schools, custom rollouts) email support@amaniuae.net.
I'm looking at a public TV display
The /tv URL on a school's subdomain is a kiosk meant to live on a lobby TV. It updates automatically when an incident is triggered or resolved. No interaction is required; if it stops updating, refresh the browser.
